What is it?

A Springboard to a Better Future

KIN is a bold new initiative for the Liverpool City Region — not a homeless shelter, but a launchpad for lasting change.

Why are we doing it?

KIN will identify potential:

Carefully select individuals who are ready for change but need the tools to get there.

Provide purpose and structure:

Offer practical support — from job readiness and personal development to mental health care and life skills.

Enable independence:

Help people find stable housing, manage finances, and build the confidence to stand on their own two feet.

Deliver lasting outcomes:

KIN is about helping people leave homelessness behind permanently — with a job, a home, and a renewed sense of self.
